OH LA LA FERIA INDEPENDENT DESIGNERS
Making Off Planners proposed to organize an exhibition of independent designers open to the public, where various exhibitors will participate personally selected.
The aim is to bring together in one day, different designers ventures covering various items (jewelry, clothing, decorative items, footwear, leather goods, fragrances, etc.), giving them the possibility of marketing their products in a personalized way .

The fair will take place on Sunday 27 month FEBRUARY, Sunday 6, 13 and 20 March 13:00 to 19:00 Hs
Held
Divine Bar Located in Defense 683, on the pedestrian San Telmo, Calle super busy tourists and local public in general.
The bar has 2 floors, one will be used solely as a restaurant open to the public, mostly abroad, and the ground floor will be 100% for the fair.
Diffusion and advertising:
The organizers believe that is one of the most important items of the project, therefore, focus 100% on the promotion of the event because they believe that without a good call the result would not be desired.
Media:
Internet (we have a company that takes care of mailings to more than 2,500 boxes, facebook, blog, various web sites), we have the promotion made the Bar "La Divina", Developers at different points in the area handing out flyers (this takes place days before the event and during the year), posters in streets, in local shops, hostels (remember that we are in San Telmo, 100% tourist area) and in newspapers and magazines.
Exhibitors are invited to participate in the promotion of the event on every page they know, calling on the public through their profiles and mailings.
Exhibitors:

value of stands:
The cost of the stand is for all exhibitors alike is $ 75 .-

exhibitors:
Each exhibitor will have a table space of 1.20 Mts x 0.80 Inches. Approx. which will be provided by the organizers. In the event that may be necessary to add an additional table 60x80cm. Exhibitors are assigned tables should cover them with cloth.
Exhibitors bring hanger for clothing, will have a space of approx 1.50mts. and a chair or a puff for each exhibitor.
important requirement for participation in Fair:
1 - Respect the time of both beginning and end for better organization. The income of the exhibitors at the bar will be from 12:15 pm to set up his stand Hs (everyone knows the time needed for assembly) and thus give the public timely start at 13:00 Hrs -
